The mercury will drop to 14 degrees or lower on Saturday, as the Observatory warns there will be more cold days this winter compared to last year.
After hovering around 14 degrees over the weekend, the temperature will bounce back slightly from Monday.
Weathermen said last winter was the warmest winter on record, with temperatures dropping below 12 degrees on only seven days. The average is usually 17 days.

Looking back, the Observatory said the city saw 41 "hot evenings" this year, with temperatures staying above 28 degrees after sunset.
