Remedial measures for train station satisfactory: Greg Wong Listen
A former president of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers says an MTR report which has confirmed that two walls at the future To Kwa Wan Station have been pared back incorrectly was quite extensive. Greg Wong said he was also satisfied with the remedial measures recommended in the report. But he told Cecil Wong that a member of the corporation's staff who spotted the problem with the walls was wrong not to report it to his superiors:

A survey by the University of Hong Kong suggests that people have generally become less willing to help others. The Altruism Index developed by the university's Centre for Suicide Research and Prevention dropped slightly. The centre's director Professor Paul Yip told Jim Gould that people were still willing to help others:
Kim Jong-un visits China again Listen
The North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has begun a two-day visit to China -- one week after he met U.S. President Donald Trump in a landmark summit in Singapore. He met President Xi Jinping in Beijing. State broadcaster CCTV showed Xi hosting Kim at the Great Hall of the People with a military honour guard. China analyst Mark O'Neill was asked about his take on Kim’s third visit to China this year.
