The police on Wednesday charged the driver of a KMB double-decker bus that crashed in Tai Po in February with 19 counts of manslaughter.
He was originally charged with one count of dangerous driving causing death.
The crash on Tai Po Road left 19 people dead and another 60 injured.
The 30-year-old driver, Chan Ho-ming, was also charged with 18 counts of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm.
He was remanded in custody and will appear at Eastern Magistrates Court on November 19.
