The District Court on Monday ordered psychological and psychiatric reports on a man who has confessed to leaving needles sticking out of seats on public buses.
Mok Cham-sum, 32, pleaded guilty to putting sewing needles on two KMB bus seats in June last year, saying he was angry that buses sometimes skip stops.
Two passengers suffered minor injuries after sitting on the needles.
Mok was remanded in custody and is expected to be sentenced next month for wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, as well as criminal damage.
Last year saw a series of needles being left on the seats of KMB buses.
