Hong Kong stocks opened slightly higher on Tuesday as another round of weak US data provided a little hope that the Federal Reserve will temper its pace of interest rate hikes.
The Hang Seng Index rose 0.33 percent to 20,107.
The Shanghai Composite Index added 0.08 percent to 3,278, while the Shenzhen Composite Index gained 0.10 percent to 2,219. (AFP)
