Compulsory testing notices issued for 65 locations

The government on Thursday issued compulsory testing notices for 65 places across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.

The buildings are located in Tuen Mun, Quarry Bay, Kowloon City, Lam Tin, Kwun Tong, Ma On Shan, Tung Chung, Cheung Sha Wan, Tin Shui Wai, Tseung Kwan O, Aberdeen, Ngau Chi Wan, Wang Tau Hom, Fanling, Tai Po, Shek Kip Mei, Ngau Tau Kok, Tsing Yi, Chai Wan, Yau Tong, Cha Kwo Ling, Lok Fu, North Point, Sau Mau Ping, Kwai Chung, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin and Sheung Shui.

In addition, 7 locations in Ngau Chi Wan and Tai Po were issued with compulsory testing notices after sewage samples tested positive for Covid-19.

The Centre for Health Protection reported 6,054 new Covid infections on Thursday, including 247 imported cases.
