Compulsory testing notices issued for 36 places

The government on Monday issued compulsory testing notices for 36 places across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.

The residential buildings listed are located in Tuen Mun, Tung Chung, North Point, Ho Man Tin, Tin Shui Wai, Tai Po, Shau Kei Wan, Ap Lei Chau, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin, Tsing Yi, Ma On Shan, San Po Kong, Yau Ma Tei, Wan Chai and Hung Hom.

Tests are also required after positive sewage samples at the following locations: Ching Chuen House and Yan Chuen House in Sha Tin; Block 1, Angler’s Bay, in Sham Tseng; Tower 3, Tseung Kwan O Plaza, in Tseung Kwan O; and Mei Fung Court, in Aberdeen.

Health officials reported 1,873 new Covid infections, including 154 imported cases, on Monday.
