A truck driver died on Tuesday in a traffic accident in Kwai Chung.

Police said they received a report at around 11am that a KMB bus and two trucks had collided on Kwai Chung Road near Lai King Estate.

One of the truck drivers, who was trapped in the vehicle, was unconscious when freed. The driver was later pronounced dead.

Two passengers on the bus reported minor injuries.
