Hong Kong stocks finished Tuesday with another loss fuelled by worries about a possible recession caused by sharp central bank interest rate hikes, while investors were also keeping a nervous watch on a fresh Covid outbreak in China.
The Hang Seng Index sank 1.3 percent, or 279 points, to 20,844.
The Shanghai Composite Index shed 1 percent, or 32 points, to 3,281, while the Shenzhen Composite Index retreated 1.5 percent, or 31 points, to 2,155. (AFP)
