The government on Sunday issued compulsory testing notices for 65 places across Hong Kong.
Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.
The residential buildings are located in Tai Wai, Tuen Mun, Tsuen Wan, Tseung Kwan O, Yuen Long, Fanling, Tai Po, Ap Lei Chau, Yau Tong, Kowloon Tong, Wong Tai Sin, To Kwa Wan, Chai Wan, Ngau Chi Wan, Tsz Wan Shan, Sham Shui Po, Shek Kip Mei, Cheung Sha Wan, Tin Shui Wai, Quarry Bay, Diamond Hill, Ma Wan, Ho Man Tin, Sheung Shui, Pok Fu Lam, Ngau Tau Kok, Ma On Shan, Tung Chung, Hung Hom, Tsing Yi, Sau Mau Ping, Wan Chai and Kowloon City .
In addition, four locations – in Cheung Sha Wan, Tuen Mun and Sha Tin – were issued with compulsory testing notices after sewage samples tested positive for Covid-19.
The Centre for Health Protection reported 4,979 new Covid infections, including 215 imported cases.
