Compulsory testing notices issued for 57 locations

The government on Saturday issued compulsory testing notices for 57 places across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.

The buildings are located in Tseung Kwan O, Ma On Shan, Sheung Shui, Tuen Mun, Tsz Wan Shan, Sau Mau Ping, Kwai Chung, Quarry Bay, Yuen Long, Tai Wai, Ngau Tau Kok, Ap Lei Chau, Chai Wan, Wong Tai Sin, Sha Tin, Cheung Sha Wan, Sham Tseng, Kwun Tong, Lam Tin, Yau Tong, Tsing Yi, Fanling, Sham Shui Po, Pok Fu Lam, Shek Kip Mei, Tai Po, Tin Shui Wai, Shau Kei Wan and Kowloon City.

In addition, 3 locations in Ma On Shan were issued with compulsory testing notices after sewage samples tested positive for Covid-19.

The Centre for Health Protection reported 6,389 new Covid infections on Saturday, including 179 imported cases.
