Twelve people were injured on Sunday after a bus rammed into a lamppost next to a bus stop in Choi Hung.
Police said the driver and 10 passengers, two of them children, were hurt in the crash at around midday, while a girl sitting at the bus stop was hit by glass, leaving her with head and facial injuries.
Nine people were taken to hospital. The driver reported having leg pain, while the passengers hurt only had minor injuries.
The double-decker 277X service was heading towards Lam Tin Station when it mounted the pavement outside Pik Hoi House at Choi Hung Estate.
The front of the KMB vehicle was smashed and the lamppost came crashing down onto a shelter at the bus stop, smashing part of its roof.
