Compulsory testing notices issued for 66 locations

The government on Sunday issued compulsory testing notices for 66 places across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.

The buildings are located in Sau Mau Ping, Kwun Tong, Sha Tin, Tseung Kwan O, Tuen Mun, Tai Wai, Shau Kei Wan, Yuen Long, Chai Wan, Tsz Wan Shan, Tung Chung, Fanling, Ap Lei Chau, Tin Shui Wai, Diamond Hill, Sheung Shui, Ngau Chi Wan, Ma On Shan, Kwai Chung, Peng Chau, Kowloon City, Tsing Yi, Tsuen Wan, Yau Tong, Aberdeen and Tai Po.

In addition, 12 locations in Chai Wan, Sham Shui Po, Tai Kok Tsui, Pok Fu Lam and Tuen Mun were issued with compulsory testing notices after sewage samples tested positive for Covid-19.

The Centre for Health Protection reported 9,708 new Covid infections on Sunday, including 213 imported cases.
