Hong Kong stocks tumbled at the open of trade on Wednesday following more losses on Wall Street fanned by concerns about Federal Reserve plans to hike interest rates.
The Hang Seng Index shed 1.8 percent, or 359 points, to 19,589.
The Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.33 percent, or 10.69 points, to 3,216, while the Shenzhen Composite Index eased 0.45 percent, or 9.56 points, to 2,128. (AFP)
