Compulsory testing notices issued for 75 locations

The government on Wednesday issued compulsory testing notices for 75 places across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.

The buildings are located in Kwun Tong, Tuen Mun, Kowloon City, Wong Tai Sin, Ap Lei Chau, Sha Tin, Chai Wan, Fanling, Tseung Kwan O, Tin Shui Wai, Tai Po, Tsuen Wan, Shau Kei Wan, Yau Tong, Sheung Shui, Ma On Shan, Tsz Wan Shan, Kwai Chung, Sham Shui Po, Tai Kok Tsui, Nga Chi Wan, Yuen Long, Quarry Bay, Lam Tin and Cheung Sha Wan.

In addition, 24 locations in Tai Po, Ngau Tau Kok, Lai Chi Kok and North Point were issued with compulsory testing notices after sewage samples tested positive for Covid-19.

The Centre for Health Protection reported 10,194 new Covid infections on Wednesday, including 164 imported cases.
