Health officials reported 5,387 new coronavirus infections on Friday, including 156 imported cases.
12 more Covid patients, aged between 45 and 93, have died.
More than 2,220 patients are currently being treated in public hospitals, including 15 who are in intensive care.
The Hospital Authority said from Saturday, four general outpatient clinics will resume services, while eight designated Covid clinics and remote consultation services will remain.
It said it will closely monitor the epidemic situation and gradually resume more non-Covid services.
Meanwhile, the Centre for Health Protection announced it will suspend press briefings on Covid-19 cases from Sunday, citing the stabilising local epidemic situation.
The centre said it will continue to report daily infections with press releases and regularly update information online.
