National security police have arrested a man, linking him to offences such as terrorism, arson and money laundering.
The suspect, 22, was arrested in Yuen Long on Monday evening.
Police believe the man had links with a number of crime syndicates, including one that allegedly plotted attacks on the city's infrastructure. Officers also accused him and two others, who were arrested on Monday, of targetting government Covid testing facilities.
Police further accused the man and four others, who were taken into custody on Tuesday, of fraud and money laundering.
