Hong Kong stocks opened with another healthy gain on Thursday morning following a rally in US-listed Chinese tech firms that had been hammered earlier in the week.

The Hang Seng Index jumped 2.63 percent to 15,721.

But the Shanghai Composite Index only rose 0.18 percent to 3,005, while the Shenzhen Composite Index added 0.15 percent to 1,960. (AFP)
