Home prices retreated for a sixth consecutive month to their lowest since July 2017, officials figures published on Wednesday showed.
The month-on-month price decline for private homes widened to 3.3 percent in November, from 2.7 percent in October.
Compared to a year ago, prices were off 13.8 percent.
Flats under 1,075 square feet recorded a price drop of 3.4 percent from October to November, while those larger than that fell 1.5 percent on month.
Rent also continued to head south for a third month, slipping 1.3 percent from October and down 4.2 percent on year.
