Police on Sunday laid a holding charge of murder against two men over the killing of a 28-year-old woman in Tai Po, while a woman was charged with perverting the course of justice in connection with the case.

The three were arrested on Friday. The men are aged 31 and 65 while the woman is 63. They will appear at Kowloon City Magistrates on Monday morning.

A fourth suspect was arrested in Tung Chung on Saturday and is still being detained for questioning.

Police are continuing to search for the victim's missing head, torso and hands, after her limbs were discovered at a village house in Tai Po on Friday.

About 100 officers checked the Tseung Kwan O Chinese Permanent Cemetery on Saturday afternoon, including divers searching a catchwater and abseilers checking the slopes.

The Kowloon West Regional Crime Unit is investigating. Police said on Saturday that further arrests could not be ruled out.
