Hong Kong stocks opened higher on Tuesday, clawing back some of the previous day's losses, but traders remain on edge over the banking sector following the collapse of two US lenders and the rescue of European giant Credit Suisse.
The Hang Seng Index added 0.6 percent to 19,118.
The Shanghai Composite Index edged up 0.2 percent to 3,240, while the Shenzhen Composite Index climbed 0.1 percent to 2,056. (AFP)
