Hong Kong stocks enjoyed another big gain on Wednesday after last week's hefty losses fuelled by worries over the banking sector, with traders now awaiting a key Federal Reserve interest rate decision later in the day.
The Hang Seng Index climbed 1.7 percent, or 332 points, to 19,591.
The Shanghai Composite Index gained 0.3 percent, or 10 points, to 3,265, while the Shenzhen Composite Index added 0.6 percent, or 12 points, to 2,098. (AFP)
