Hong Kong stocks ended with gains on Tuesday, in line with the rebound in global markets as fears of a crisis in the banking sector eased.
The Hang Seng Index rose 1.1 percent, or 216 points, to close at 19,784.
The Shanghai Composite Index shed 0.2 percent, or 6 points, to 3,245, and the Shenzhen Composite Index dropped 0.7 percent, or 14 points, to 2,104. (AFP)
