Hong Kong stocks rallied more than one percent at the open on Friday as traders grow increasingly confident central banks will soon pause their interest rate hike campaign.
The Hang Seng Index jumped 1.35 percent to 20,584.
The Shanghai Composite Index edged up 0.07 percent to 3,263, while the Shenzhen Composite Index on the mainland's second exchange added 0.10 percent to 2,110. (AFP)
