Hong Kong's men's cricket team beat Singapore by eight wickets to start their campaign in the ACC Premier Cup in Nepal.

Babar Hayat hit a century (108) as Hong Kong reached the target of 175 with a 102 balls remaining.

Hong Kong's next game is against UAE on Friday. Bahrain and Kuwait round out Group B

Hosts Nepal won their opening match in Group A which includes Malaysia, Qatar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.

The winner of this ten-team tournament will qualify for the 2023 Asia Cup, hosted by Pakistan in September.
