A 54-year-old man has died after being run over by a car on Salisbury Road in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The accident happened near the junction of Mody Lane in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Police arrested the 42-year-old driver on suspicion of dangerous driving causing death, and for failing to provide a breath specimen.

Police said the man who died had been lying on the ground when he was run over.
