Hong Kong stocks finished sharply higher again on Monday, tracking a global advance, on hopes the US Federal Reserve will skip an interest rate hike next week.
The Hang Seng Index jumped 0.8 percent, or 158 points, to 19,108, following a four percent surge on Friday.
The Shanghai Composite Index edged up 0.1 percent, or 2 points, to 3,232, while the Shenzhen Composite Index dipped 0.1 percent, or 1 point, to 2,033. (AFP)
