Police on Saturday arrested a 47-year-old man on suspicion of wounding after a couple were attacked with scissors at their flat in Mong Kok.

Officers were called to a home in Reclamation Street at about 9pm and arrested the suspect at the scene.

The couple, aged 37 and 38, were taken, conscious, to Kwong Wah Hospital with wounds to the backs, necks, shoulders and hands.

The Mong Kok District Crime Squad is investigating.
