A man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving after a video circulated online showing a child sitting on the lap of a person driving a van around a car park.

The 71-year-old suspect was picked up in Tsuen Wan on Tuesday night.

He was released on bail and told to report to police again in early September.
