Hong Kong tennis aces Coleman Wong and Cody Wong became the SAR's latest medalists at the World University Games in Chengdu on Saturday, taking bronze in the mixed doubles.

The pair went down in the semi-final to China's Jin Yuquan and Tang Qianhui, winning the first set 7-5, losing the second 6-4 and going down 10-5 in the tie-break.

It's the tenth medal for the SAR at the Games, three of them gold.

It also ranks as another achievement for Coleman Wong, who has claimed Junior Grand Slam titles in Australia and the United States with his French and American teammates.

Cody Wong, meanwhile, has been making her name on the women's circuit as both a singles and a doubles player.
