Hong Kong stocks ended barely moved on Wednesday as efforts to ease pressure on the Chinese property sector were offset by profit-taking and worries that authorities need to do more to help the wider economy.
The Hang Seng Index inched down 1.2 points to 18,482 following two days of healthy gains.
The Shanghai Composite Index edged up 1.3 points to 3,137, while the Shenzhen Composite Index ticked up 0.4 percent, or 7 points, to 1,958. (AFP)
