Police on Tuesday called on people to come forward if they have information about alleged sexual crimes relating to orientation camps of a university.
Officers arrested a man, 28, on suspicion of sexual assault and voyeurism after receiving complaints from two female Education University students in July and August.
In a briefing on Wednesday, police said they had identified two more alleged victims after liaising with the university.
Basil Tang, an assistant police commander in Yuen Long, said the man had joined six camps in the past two months.
Asked why they only made the arrest now, Tang said the force has been actively looking into the cases.
