Hong Kong stocks finished slightly higher on Tuesday after a sharp drop the day before, with focus on an upcoming policy decision by the Federal Reserve later in the week.
The Hang Seng Index edged up 0.4 percent, or 66 points, to 17,997.
However, the Shanghai Composite Index was marginally lower, inching down 1 point to 3,124, while the Shenzhen Composite Index shed 0.9 percent, or 16 points, to 1,904. (AFP)
