Hong Kong's swimmers on Friday took home bronze medals at the women's 4 x 100 metres medley relay, after their Singapore opponents were disqualified.
The SAR team's time of 4:01.72 seconds was originally good for fourth place, behind Japan, South Korea and Singapore.
But judges ruled afterwards that a Singaporean swimmer had jumped too soon, meaning there's a place on the podium for Hong Kong after all.
The time set by Stephanie Au, Siobhan Haughey, Natalie Kan and Karen Tam was also a new SAR record.
The medal means that Hong Kong swimmers wrapped up their action in the pool with two gold, two silver and three bronze medals, with all but one of the medals won by Haughey.
She said she's very satisfied with her overall performance.
"I don't know how many chances I have in my life, going to an Asian Games," Haughey told HOY TV.
"I've done a lot of training for many competitions this year, for this Asian Games and the Paris Olympics next year. I believe this proves that my current training works, and hopefully I can carry this momentum into next year's races."
Au, meanwhile, said she's happy the team had set another new Hong Kong record. She said it's "a perfect ending" for her last Asian Games.
