Hong Kong stocks closed with another big gain on Monday after a below-par US jobs report reinforced views that the Federal Reserve will not hike interest rates again soon.
The Hang Seng Index jumped 1.7 percent, or 302 points, to 17,966.
The Shanghai Composite Index added 0.9 percent, or 27 points, to 3,058, and the Shenzhen Composite Index put on 2.1 percent, or 39 points, to 1,914. (AFP)
