Hong Kong shares closed the week with another loss on Friday as global markets took a hit from Federal Reserve chief Jerome Powell's warning that interest rates could be hiked again to fight inflation.
The Hang Seng Index dived 1.8 percent, or 308 points, to 17,203.
The Shanghai Composite Index slipped 0.5 percent, or 14 points, to 3,038, and the Shenzhen Composite Index shed 0.4 percent, or 8 points, to 1,903. (AFP)
