The police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in Hung Hom on Saturday evening in which a 75-year-old man died.

Shortly before 11 pm, he parked his minibus on Shueng Wo Street.

The minibus reportedly rolled forwards suddenly and hit a taxi. The minibus continued to roll forwards along Sheung Wo Street and knocked down the minibus driver.

The driver was trapped under the bus and rescued by firefighters.

He was rushed unconscious to Kwong Wah Hospital with multiple injuries and certified dead a short while later.
