Chief Executive John Lee inspected a polling station in Heng Fa Chuen on Saturday ahead of the District Council elections.
Accompanied by Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Erick Tsang and Chairman of the Electoral Affairs Commission David Lok, the CE visited the station to learn more about the polling arrangements and preparations.
"The polling staff briefed me on the polling procedures and manpower deployment, and some of them reminded me that voters in geographical constituencies could only put one tick on the ballot paper, otherwise the ballot paper would be invalid," he wrote in a Facebook post.
"The polling staff are well prepared and I am confident that the polling stations will run smoothly tomorrow."
He repeated his appeal for voters to cast their ballots on Sunday.
