Two more former workers at a children's home in Prince Edward were jailed on Monday for abusing and neglecting toddlers.

Lee Wai-sum and Chang Suk-ching have previously pleaded guilty to child abuse offences after mistreating toddlers at the Children's Residential Home in 2021.

District Court Judge Lily Wong said the two had a responsibility to protect the toddlers, but they stood by while their colleagues abused the children.

She said Lee and Chang were not the perpetrators, but as bystanders they allowed inappropriate acts to take place.

Lee was jailed for four months and Chang for four and a half months.
