Hong Kong stocks opened with more losses on Wednesday morning following another dour performance on Wall Street, with traders awaiting the release of economic growth data from Beijing later in the day.
The Hang Seng Index lost 0.64 percent, to 15,764.
The Shanghai Composite Index eased 0.23 percent to 2,887, and the Shenzhen Composite Index on the mainland's second exchange dipped 0.22 percent, to 1,739. (AFP)
