InvestHK announced on Friday the launch of the Cantonese version of an informational programme on RTHK which features insights and perspectives on business opportunities in the SAR from 17 companies in various sectors.

The Cantonese version of "HK Business Made Easy" will be aired on February 27.

Speaking at a press conference, Alpha Lau, Director-General of Investment Promotion of InvestHK, said corporate clients featured in the programme agree that Hong Kong is a great place to do business and grow their business.

"I also want to share that InvestHK last year brought in 382 companies with 61.6 billion dollars of investments and over 4,000 jobs created," she said.

"So in this coming year, we will continue to do our best and work very hard to bring in even more companies to make Hong Kong a more wonderful place."

Eddie Cheung, Director of Broadcasting, praised InvestHK's efforts in helping overseas companies set up in Hong Kong.

"Hong Kong is really a happening city. I'm no businessman, but I know that when you're doing business, you need partners, you need trusted partners, and I can tell you that Invest Hong Kong is your trusted partner," he said.
