Police have charged a 59-year-old man with drug manufacturing and drug trafficking, after discovering what they believe to be a drugs manufacturing workshop in Yau Ma Tei.
Police searched the unit at a building on Chi Wo Street on Saturday and discovered suspected heroin, ice, and crack cocaine with a street value of about HK$1 million.
Police also found manual presses, blenders, cooking tools, and electronic scales which they suspect may have been used for drug manufacturing and distribution.
The case was mentioned in West Kowloon Magistrates' courts on Monday morning.
