Stocks slipped at the open of business in Hong Kong on Thursday as investors turn their attention to the release of key US jobs data at the end of the week.
The Hang Seng Index dipped 0.1 percent to 16,417.
The Shanghai Composite Index was barely moved, inching up 0.28 points to 3,040.21, and the Shenzhen Composite Index on China's second exchange added 0.11 percent, or 1.84 points, to 1,723.89. (AFP)
