The Investor and Financial Education Council (IFEC) launched the city's first digital investor and financial education experiential learning centre on Wednesday.
According to the IFEC, the objective of the centre is to help people cultivate sound investment habits.
The chairman of IFEC, Victor Dawes, said the centre would provide a platform for investors to gain comprehensive insights into a wide range of investment products.
"Hong Kong's financial services and products are really diverse and ever-changing. And investors should have necessary knowledge and skills to safeguard their assets and make proper investment decisions. And that is why IFEC has been actively promoting investor and financial education to the Hong Kong public," he explained.
Dawes added that the launch of the centre is part of the initiative under "Hong Kong Money Month 2024", which aimed to offer various activities for the public to help them build good investment habits.
