Hong Kong stocks finished with healthy gains on Monday following last week's losses, as Middle East fears wane and traders look ahead for key US economic data.
The Hang Seng Index rose 1.8 percent, or 287 points, to 16,511.
The Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.7 percent, or 20 points, to 3,044, while the Shenzhen Composite Index shed 0.5 percent, or 8 points, to 1,678. (AFP)
