Hong Kong stocks rose on Tuesday, building on the previous day's gains on hopes for earnings from tech titans, while US economic growth and inflation data are also in focus this week.
The Hang Seng Index jumped 1.9 percent, or 317 points, to 16,828.
The Shanghai Composite Index eased 0.7 percent, or 22 points, to 3,021, while the Shenzhen Composite Index dipped 0.2 percent, or 3 points, to 1,675. (AFP)
