Police on Thursday said a 13-year-old girl was arrested for allegedly wounding a boy with a 30-centimetre-long fruit knife at a Tuen Mun secondary school.

Officers said they received a report at about 4pm that the suspect attacked the 13-year-old boy, after the two had an argument over trivial matters.

The victim suffered shoulder, back and hand injuries, and was sent to Tuen Mun Hospital for treatment.
