Hong Kong stocks rallied more than one percent at the open on Monday after fresh US inflation data lifted hopes that the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates this year.
The Hang Seng Index climbed 1.1 percent to 18,283.
The Shanghai Composite Index was barely moved, inching down 0.83 points to 3,085, while the Shenzhen Composite Index dipped 0.1 percent to 1,728. (AFP)
