A man and a woman were arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs and equipment for smoking drugs at a music festival in Central over the weekend.

Police said the 33-year-old male and 34-year-old female were acting suspiciously during the two-day S20 Songkran Festival.

Officers said they seized small amounts of suspected heroin and cocaine, as well as drug paraphernalia.

The drugs had an estimated market value of HK$2,400.

The suspects are being held for questioning.
