Customs officers on Thursday said they seized 31 kilos of suspected methamphetamine and five kilos of suspected cocaine in seven drug trafficking cases.
The haul had a market value of about HK$20 million.
Officers said for six of the cases, drug traffickers were trying to hide the suspected narcotics in co-working spaces.
They said drug traffickers would ship packages declared as chairs and children's toys from the United States and send them to different shared office spaces in Hong Kong.
A man, aged 38, suspected of receiving the shipment was arrested in Wong Chuk Hang on Wednesday.
Additionally, officers arrested a 23-year-old passenger from Kuala Lumpur at the airport on Wednesday. He was found carrying suspected methamphetamine.
The two arrested men have both been charged with one count of trafficking in a dangerous drug.
